Foundations of Health Series

Stress is a part of our daily lives; we cannot avoid it. We can, however, change our relationship to stress, learning to see it as an opportunity to locate where we are out of balance. Come educate yourself on the effects of stress, while learning skills to help you enhance your health, cope with physical conditions and improve the way you move through your day. It's as easy as your next breath!

Join us here at the Library January 15, 2008 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Adults ages 16 and over are welcome as space is limited. Please call 413-527-9480 to register, or sign up at the Library.
