Teen Mindfulness & Yoga Program

Are you stressed out and worried about school, friends, family issues, body image or dating?

Do you have enough time to do the things that REALLY matter to you?

Is your mind often going over the same problems repeatedly?

Learn practical methods to feel better. You will learn techniques to quiet your mind, to create space in your life to do the things that matter most to you and to find solutions to what stresses you out.

This program is designed for teens 12-17 years old at the Library on Thursday, August 11 beginning at 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. It is sponsored by the Edwards Public Library and is free but preregistration is required at the main desk, or call 413-527-9480.
