Ann Hallstein reads from "Uncommon Gifts"

Ann L. Hallstein will read from her latest book, "Uncommon Gifts" this evening at 6:30 pm at the Library. Refreshments will be provided.

Improv Workshop for Pre-teens and Teens!

Evening Photography and Jewelry Making this Week!

Join Paige Thursday, July 19 at 6:30 pm for a program about photography. Take pictures inside and outside the library and learn tips and tricks to make your shots great. She will also tell you great ways to share your exciting photographs.

Lauren will be at the Library on Saturday, July 21 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm to show kids age 10 and up how to make some dreamy jewelry. The program is for patrons age 10 and up and materials will be provided.  Please pre-register at the Library or call 413-527-9480. Let your creative juices flow!

Today we are starting our Adult Summer Reading Program for ages 16 to 116. When you visit the Library, just fill out a raffle ticket for each book you read this week, and put it into the bowl located at the Main Desk for our weekly raffle and the grand raffle prizes. It's as easy as that!

This week's raffle prize is a gift certificate to Bashista's Orchards.

There will be a book signing by local author, Ann L. Hallstein, reading from her latest book, "Uncommon Gift." The event will be held on Tuesday, July 31 at 6:30 pm. All are welcome and refreshments will be provided.

Free Clark Art Institute Museum Pass

The Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute in Williamstown has generously given the Library a free pass for two adults. This pass will expire on October 31, 2012. Children 18 and under, and students with ID are always free. Gallery Hours are Tuesday through Sunday 10 am to 5 pm,  Daily in July and August, 10 am to 5 pm.  The Museum is open Independence Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day.
